I’ve had some comments about colon cleansing and I personally don’t do it. Colon cleansing will remove all bacteria in the colon, good and bad. I would only do so if my doctor wanted me to. I talked to my doctor last year about colon cleansing and in my case he said no you don’t need it. He told me that you have to be careful when you destroy the good bacteria in the intestines and colon. The good bacteria is a necessary part of digestion.
Yes, your colon can become clogged with waste and cause health problems. If you suspect you have a problem then see a doctor and get an examination and the doctor will know what you need to do.

I go to the doctor once a year, just for a check-up. He tells me what I have to watch out for and I do it. You don’t have to be a scholar to stay healthy. Just stay with a doctor you can trust.
It all comes back to the right diet. Eat nutritous foods, watch your portions so your calorie intake is low, stay away from empty calories, that’s food without nutrition, eat lots of fruits and vegetables and easy on the red meat. Personally, I only eat red meat 2 or 3 times a month. Chicken and fish is much better for you and your colon. Red meat takes 3 days to go through your system.
Personally, I never try to cure my own health problems, but I listen to what my body is telling me and then I can help my doctor find the problem.
